Viking Hiking to Les Terres Rouges
On 20 September Friskis&Svettis members enjoyed a hike in “Les Terres Rouges” . The walk, which was around 10 kilometres and took around 3 hours, took the hikers through the remnants of open cast iron ore mining, old pits and quarries which now have been reclaimed by nature. The hike was led by F&S Luxembourg's Nordic Walking instructor, Maria Österblad, and host Cynthia Tavares.
